All amenities are close by. On the Impressionist route, halfway between Paris and the seaside, there are many possibilities for a getaway (GR, greenway by bike, Lyons forest). Rouen is an hour away and the Normandy coast is in the same direction. The cottage is independent, next to the owners' house.

On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.
