It will allow you to enjoy the city while being green because the garden of 1000 m2 is very landscaped and flowered in beautiful seasons. The house is very nice, reasonably sized, it can accommodate 5 people with its two independent bedrooms, as well as its two shower rooms. Wifi is not possible but the cell network is ok.

We took the road A16 via Rouen, it was so much quieter than travelling nearer Paris. We arrived around 4pm the house looking great in the afternoon sun, it looked freshly painted, the house is in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, all the bathrooms looked brand new, the kitchen was perfect. The window blinds were a good send, allowing in cool breeze whilst giving you security. Plenty of space to park your car and turn it around, being behind electric gates was a real bonus. It’s a 25 minute walk to the bridge so close enough to view the great sites in Blois. I would throughly recommend staying at Claire’s great house. If we return to the area we know where to stay. Thanks Claire

The two-story house effectively separates the space and performs different functions. The owner's good hygiene habits and quality can be seen in every aspect.The Host prepared a rich breakfast and snacks for us, explained in detail how to use the facilities and equipment, and picked us up and dropped us off at the station for free. He didn't just treat us as tenants, but as friends, and did everything possible to take care of us, making us feel at home. Fabienne is a great host. She is very helpful and always quick to reach. The house was as described and very well equipped. In addition, a beautiful garden plus terrace. We were also pleased to receive a welcome gift. A big plus: we were able to store our bikes in the garage. We can recommend the house without hesitation and thank Fabienne again.

Florian's accommodation is very nice, the rooms are really spacious and the bathroom too. The kitchen is well equipped, it feels like home. The accommodation is 10 min by car from Tours train station and the area is very peaceful, with lots of greenery. Communication was very responsive with Florian and we thank him for hosting us. I recommend it!
