Close to the Lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and factory shops, come and discover this charming house full of character (stones on the floor, solid wood parquet floors) with large spaces. The renovation has been designed to best respect the ecology and the surroundings. The exteriors will ensure you have the most pleasant moments with friends and family. A private heated swimming pool (maximum 28 degrees and depending on outside temperature) will be available from June to September (depending on weather), (dimensions 8m x 4m and depth 1m45). On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with living room, dining/pool area, foosball, equipped kitchen, laundry room and independent toilet. On the night side, the house offers two master bedrooms (160 x 200 beds) each with its own TV, private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and terrace access. Upstairs, you will have at your disposal two family suites each composed of a master bedroom (beds 160 x 200), a "children's" room (beds 140 x 190), a TV, and private sanitary facilities (shower or bathtub, double sink, toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a Mediterranean garden, swimming pool with pool house (deckchairs, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, barbecue), children's play portico and pétanque court. Parking and enclosed grounds. All-inclusive stay (heating, air conditioning, electricity, beds made, linens provided). For your electric vehicle recharges, you will be asked for an additional €8/recharging.

Charlotte’s property is exactly as described. If you are arriving by car it can be challenging if you have significant luggage. The streets are narrow. There is a mixture of paid (metered parking 0900-1200 and then 1400-1900) on the street just outside. There are more secure underground parking arrangements elsewhere if you have concerns. It is a shame that there so many empty spaces inside the “complex” but none is allocated to the property. The property is spotless and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. We had however missed that there was no air conditioning! 🙄🥵. There are however two fans. Opening the windows to either side of the property created a a cooler breeze and was the most affected. Temperatures were in the mid 30°s C. I think if the bedroom and lounge curtains were closed before arrival it would keep the property cooler but that would not be as aesthetically pleasing. Great position to explore beautiful Troyes! Well done Charlotte and Antoine! 👍👌

We had an unforgettable stay as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was fantastic – a real highlight for all of us. Communication with our host was quick and friendly throughout. One of the standout experiences was the wonderful champagne tasting organised by Vincent – personal, informative, and so enjoyable. The fact that the whole house is on one floor made it perfectly accessible for my disabled father, which we truly appreciated. We would love to come back someday!
