For nature and fishing lovers, access to our private pond is a 5-minute walk away. 40 min from Le Mans, 10 min from Fresnay sur Sarthe (small medieval city), 15 min from St Léonard des Bois (hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing) and Sillé le Guillaume (lake swimming, water activities and forest walk). All local shops and markets are 10 minutes away.

Located 20 minutes' walk from Sillé beach through the forest, or 5 minutes' drive, this house is ideal for a stay with family, for hikers or workers. Shops 5 min by car (Super U, Bakery...) Located 25 minutes from the entrance to Le Mans (add 20 minutes for the circuit, GP, 24 Hours of Le Mans). Access to a heated swimming pool shared with several cottages (Period mid-April to early October)

Well-equipped forest house (heating and wifi) nestled in the state forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume (Sarthe –72) in the heart of the Mancelles Alps. Possibility to accommodate 4 guests, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds plus an extra bed, large comfortable living room with a large fireplace, pleasant kitchen, bathroom with shower. Possibility to put horses in an adjacent field.

Located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, the house is on a hiking trail 5 minutes' walk from the forest. (This path leads to the Chapelle du Chêne, a medieval tree known for its miracles) And 6 km away are Lake Coco-Plage (swimming, activities) and the spectacular Saut du Cerf canyon in the vast forest of Sillé.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
