“Veronique’s home is wonderful in every respect. It is located in the middle of the French countryside with farms all around. We stayed here for a while so managed to find out about a few local producers, with highlights being regular fresh eggs and local ice cream. The home itself is fully stocked, with plenty of things for kids (including toys and books in French and English). We were here with 2 kids, so this was very helpful. The kitchen is spacious and has all that you would ever need. The yard, with flowers all around it and two small houses for children to play in, was definitely our favorite place to be. We were two couples with two boys (15 and 19 months), so the space sometimes felt a little small, especially because three of us had to work. Veronique was very accommodating all around, and all communication was prompt and clear. We were lucky to be here in the spring, with everything starting to bloom, but I imagine that every season here is great. Thanks Veronique !!”
Maison au cœur de la campagne, au sein d'une propriété avec un grand jardin. Idéale pour passer un week end reposant et convivial en famille ou entre amis.
“We had a great weekend in Brigitte's house which is identical to the description. The house is very pleasant to live in and functional. Perfect for spending a weekend with family or friends. We highly recommend.”
This comfortable 2 person recently renovated barn house with private garden and more than an acre of shared garden is located at the border of the quiet medieval village Le Sap. You get a stylish studio-like holiday home with downstairs a living, dining and kitchen area and a separate modern bathroom. The bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine.
“What gem of a place. I think the photo of the property does not do it justice. I must echo other reviews in that it was a shame we only stopped for one night en route to the Eurotunnel. We arrived hot and tired after a long ride up from Biarittz. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of a larger garden/orchard. Eveline met us and showed us to the property. It is very nicely furnished with a big bathroom. The village Le Sap is just gorgeous and I spent some time taking photographs of the beautiful French Houses. We visited the local shop, Patisserie and Pizza takeaway for supplies for the evening. Then settled down for a relaxing evening. Just a note the two restaurants in the Village are closed on Monday, but there is the Vegetarian within a short distance. We chose to eat in after a long day. We would love to revisit this property and explore the area properly. Many thanks Eveline.”
