The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

A Dolce Gusto is available to enjoy your coffee as well as a bar table with stools. The bed folds away to access the sofa during the day. You can watch TV and enjoy a Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom equipped with its shower and toilet, although small, is organized so that it is as functional as possible.
