A closed bedroom adjacent to the living room and a portable air conditioner installed at the window in summer. Close to places to visit, within walking distance of the Plateau and Jean Talon market. Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Beautiful , bright apartment located in the heart of Cote de Neiges near the mountain (Mount Royal). Studio 1 full bathroom, It is a 10 min walk to Cote des Neiges village with plenty of great shops, also a 10 min walk for Cote des Neiges metro on the blue line and a 7 minute bus ride to Guy metro green line. Bus Stop 1 minute away located on a beautiful street Free parking on our driveway but limited. There is plenty of free street parking as well.

The best restaurant in the city is next door, Parc Lafontaine is down the street and the strip with the most BYOB restaurants is around the corner. And if you if you feel like staying in, I have all the amenities you'll need - from Netflix, to a work-from-home setup with a standing desk.

Studio 15 min from downtown

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.
