Really lovely Airbnb, room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and nice big shower (and a bath although I didn't use that). Pap was an excellent, friendly host, communicative but also left you be to get on with your day. Definitely recommend for quality, value, efficiency and friendliness.

Our stay at Sam’s place was great! Communication was super clear, and he responded quickly any time we had a question or concern. He also worked with us to arrange an earlier check-in, which really helped us out on our first day. During the stay, we needed an iron and a blow dryer, and Sam made sure to get both to us promptly. The place was very clean and easy to access when we arrived. The building itself was quiet, and everyone we came across was friendly, so we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location was also great, easy to walk around and find things to do nearby. Overall, we had a smooth, enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend staying here while exploring Montreal!

we had the pleasure of staying here while watching the Formula One and it was a fantastic find. The neighbourhood is peaceful, but has lots going on just down the road with restaurants and great cafes, plus a supermarket. The bedroom and Bathroom both felt private, and the host was very friendly but not intrusive at all. There is a Bixi bike dock right next to the house, which is simple to use and get round the city - plus we used Uber and Taxis, both of which found the Airbnb no issue.

L'hôte et l'appartement sont parfaits. Tout au plus peut-on regretter que l'heure tardive de check-in ne soit pas compensée par la possibilité de laisser les bagages quelque part. Mon avion atterrissant à 11h et le check-in étant au plus tôt à 17h (certes indiqué sur l'annonce mais sans flexibilité possible), il m'a fallu louer une deuxième chambre, dans un hôtel, pour poser mes bagages le premier jour. Autre petite réserve: l'appartement est muni d'une baignoire mais l'hôte interdit de prendre des bains. Seules les douches sont autorisées. Cela excepté, le rapport qualité-prix est irréprochable, le logement est très mignon (meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût) et l'hôte est très proactif.
