Condo vacation rentals in Montreal

Great location and exactly as described/pictured. Condo was very clean and check in/out was super easy. Host was very responsive anytime we needed anything or ran into any issues. I would definitely recommend turning the hot tub on a few hours before use as it takes a while to warm up.

Lovely place to stay with a big group - everything was very clean and Berish was very helpful with sending clear info and instructions. Convenient location with street parking options in a walkable area. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was clean and very comfortable for a family with kids. Host was super accommodating and even extended our checkout with 2 hours being that we came in late at night with kids sleeping in. All in all 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend to others!

Absolutely spectacular time staying at Clubhaus for a bachelor party. The Unit was in fantastic shape; very clean, and well furnished. Furniture, appliances, and dishes were all good quality. Rooftop patios were fantastic, with a sweet hot tub and great lounge area. Hosts were incredibly helpful, offering a concierge service that went above and beyond to help us book activities, restaurants, and even in-house catering. 10/10 stay and will certainly be booking here again.

You can't beat the location-- and to my surprise I found street parking easily. Amit was a lovely, welcoming host, respectful of my privacy, but inviting me to participate in dinner, etc. He and his partner were so great with my dog. The space is very nice, comfy, and the downstairs room and bathroom feel like one's own place-- oh and a great jacuzzi! Thanks Amit!

Julien was an excellent host and easy to communicate with! He let us know when the Airbnb was available early ahead of check-in. The place is spacious and well-kept. Kitchen very well-stocked. Bathroom very clean. Some attention to detail could be paid to the cleanliness of the main table and the sheets in the second bedroom. Location extremely convenient for public transport. The second bed is just a mattress, no bed frame, and it’s the same room as the Gym picture. All in all, great experience and excellent value.

Notre fin de semaine était magnifique. Le rapport qualité/prix était plus que raisonnable. L’immeuble était magnifique. L’appartement aussi, il était très spacieux, toutes les commodités étaient là comme mentionné. Tout le monde fut plus que satisfait.

This apartment was extremely well-located, just a few steps off of a major pedestrian street full of food and shopping options. That made the price feel like a great value, and Yann and Saif were excellent hosts. They responded very quickly to any question, and even tried to help us solve a scheduling issue of our own making. Check-in/out couldn't have been easier, and the entire experience helped make our stay in Montreal memorable for all the right reasons.

Immaculate apartment. Clean and beautifully decorated. Tasteful and close to lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Simon is a great communicator and gave a lot of wonderful recs.

We had a great stay at Julie’s! She is super friendly and provided us with everything we needed! She was also flexible and let us check in a bit earlier due to a timing conflict.

Absolutely beautiful spot! It is perfectly located, and everything is within walking distance. Can get a little noisy at night due to bars next door, but that didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Momo is a very responsive and proactive host that makes sure everything is up to par for your stay. The place was as described in the pictures and had no complaints apart from the lingering cigarette smell from the previous guest. Super smooth check in and easy to find definitely worth it if you’re looking for something in this area.

We had a lovely 7 day stay visiting my friends who are Montreal locals and I would 100% book again!

The unit was cozy, well equipped and clean. The neighborhood and building are pretty quiet. We didn't use the gym or rooftop patio but they both looked nice. Lots of weights in the gym. There is some construction on the sidewalks and the street but it was still easy to get around. Vendome metro station is a short bus ride away. The bus stops a couple of short blocks from the property. We had a car but chose public transportation for most of our trip. The hosts are very responsive.

Lugar super aconchegante! Ridwan foi bastante prestativo e gentil durante toda a nossa estadia! Incrível anfitrião! Apesar disso, vale mencionar que a localização é um pouco afastada de Montreal e, deste modo, o trajeto de transporte público não é trivial da hospedagem até a cidade.

Nancy's place felt a lot like home. The location cool and the place is definitely better in person (though in photos it already looks amazing). It also felt mostly central since most of the "sights" are in touristy areas, this place was tucked away perfectly in peaceful neighborhood. A fan of the bedding and linen and towels too--in case anyone cares about that...And she also had a binder of recs that were helpful for us too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Montreal.

This was my second time staying at one of Good Living’s properties. I had a great stay in the spacious, bright apartment. It’s very well located in the Plateau, quiet throughout the day and night, and comfortably furnished. Communication was open and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Clement’s. It was small but perfect for what we needed. It was very modern in design. The building was very quiet and had security at the door. We enjoyed St. Denis street which was just a few blocks away. It was a short ride to Old Montreal. Thanks Clement.

J’ai appréciée vivre dans l’appartement de Peter. Celui-ci est très bien situé, ensoleillé, calme, confortable et de plus très propre. Les lits y sont douillets or donc facile de s’y reposer. Si l’opportunité se présente j’y retournerais volontiers.

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos on a pu visiter Montréal à pied en partant de l’appartement. On trouve des commerces à proximité et Vincent qui nous a accueilli était très serviable et de bons conseils. Je recommande cet appartement. La place de parking est un grand plus. Même si Ima n’était pas présente lors de notre séjour elle a toujours été très réactive à mes demandes.
