Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Set in peaceful, beautiful surroundings beside an old mill, this former bake house overlooks a tranquil wooded valley, waterfall and millstream. Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Mouffet Shelter

This 70 m² gîte is located on our 1.5 ha living space. Ideally located in the middle of historical sites (30 min from Bayeux, 40 min from Caen, 1 hour from Mont St Michel, 45 min from the landing beaches and 40 min to the nearest beach), you will have the choice between visits, nature, beaches and cities! If you just want to slow down or disconnect from your daily life, everything has been thought out in this regard and our large garden will most likely help you.
