Walking distance (approx.600m) the river Le Gartempe where there are enough places to take a fresh dive. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

Cute, completely newly renovated, two-bedroom townhouse in the absolute centre of town in Montmorillon. With cafes, bars and restaurants and the town square minutes by foot, the house is ideally located with no hills to climb. Brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom. There are two bedrooms and two double beds. The sleeping arrangements upstairs are suitable for two singles, two couples or children. There is no fold-out bed for additional guests. We speak French and English fluently.

Very nice accommodation, very well-equipped, very comfortable and extremely pleasant. A real pleasure stay with a bucolic natural pool and everything you need to keep busy outdoors within the accommodation (table tennis and volleyball net). The quality of the bedding and the equipment of the house are noteworthy, which is rare for a rental accommodation. Thanks to Aurélia for hosting us, for her kindness and advice. I highly recommend this place, hoping to return soon.

We had a great time with the family at Hervé's! The key words were disconnection and friendliness, the cottage was great for the 5 of us and the 2 dogs, we had the chance to walk on the land where trails had been made, making a loop of just under an hour, the setting is superb. Hervé is very kind, responsive and accessible, we were able to communicate well :).

A wooden table is set with an assortment of cheeses, cured meats, and fresh grapes, complemented by slices of bread. Two glasses of red wine are placed beside the food. A vibrant sunset casts warm hues across the sky, visible in the background.

We had a great weekend in this spacious, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Self-check-in was easy thanks to Tom's clear explanations. Special mention for the large, very nice terrace, and the freshness of the accommodation, which is appreciable despite the high outdoor temperatures. We recommend it without hesitation!

The exterior of the cottage is framed by lush greenery, revealing a stone façade and a terracotta roof. A spacious outdoor area is visible, featuring a patio, seating arrangements, and a fire pit, all set against a backdrop of expansive green fields under a partly cloudy sky.

Exceptional place with a peaceful country setting. Fully-equipped and new cottage. The bedding is excellent and comfortable. The exterior offers a large garden with barbecue for summer evenings with the family. The interior has a crazy character with these tiles and white stone. Air conditioning, large TV, fully equipped kitchen, no complaints. All that's missing is a petanque court and I think we can easily settle in this timelessly and stay there for a very long time. Thanks to Eric and Adeline for their kindness. I'll be back and highly recommend this cottage.

Very nice hosting in this pleasant cottage, very nicely decorated. A beautiful and quiet garden. The pool in the summer must be really noticeable. A really nice weekend in the countryside just the way we like them. The eggs from the owners' henhouse made us very happy!
