Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Montmorency County

Nothing compares to our stays at Jodie's lake house—this was our 4th consecutive year, and it somehow just keeps getting better. From the moment we walk through the door, it feels less like a vacation rental and more like coming home. There’s not a single touch that’s been missed—from cozy blankets and perfectly stocked kitchen supplies to thoughtful local recommendations and welcoming notes that make you feel like a treasured guest, not just a visitor. Jodie’s hospitality is truly second to none. She’s gracious, responsive, and always seems to know just what we’ll need—even before we do. It’s rare to find a host who makes you feel both completely cared for and totally at ease, but she manages it flawlessly every single time. We’ve made incredible memories with our young children here—fishing on the dock, family dinners on the deck, board games in the dining room on a rainy day. We can’t wait to return next year!

Would definitely recommend. Great lake view and access, even sand for the kids to play on. Beautiful home, with plenty of entertainment, lounge, and sleeping space.

Great secluded stay on a lake! Home was basic, but clean and comfortable. We spent almost all our time outside on the giant lawn and, of course, the lake. It is a little out of the way to find, but instructions provided were clear. Cell coverage is spotty with Verizon. Fishing was good. The nearby town has a pretty substantial grocery store, outdoor shop, and pretty much everything we needed during our stay. Host was very helpful and responsive the whole time! We will likely look at renting again next year.

The Cabin was a perfect space for everyone who was staying at the cabin, beautiful place on the lake.

The cabin was awesome. It fit our family of 6 well. They do supply most of what you may want/need. There's a sign that tells you where extra towels and paper products are. We grilled and used the fire pit for smores. The resort is cute. it's peaceful in late May. We had the pool and hot tub room to ourselves most of the weekend! The game room and waterslide don't open until after memorial day and there's apparently an extra $15 per day pet fee that I was unaware of.... aside from being bummed about some of the resort things being closed, we had an AMAZING time. We loved the cabin and enjoyed the resort.

Had a great family ski weekend! The location right next to the slopes was great, as we had a few small children and could easily come and go. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and felt spacious yet cozy. We hope to be back!

Fran’s listing was very clean, and fit all of our needs. Lots of extra blankets, had really nice warmers in the bedrooms downstairs… very clean. I asked a lot of questions, and Fran was so quick to respond every time. Incredibly hospitable. She is the best host I’ve worked with yet. Thank you so much for hosting our family/group for a wonderful ski weekend… we will be back !

We enjoyed the home and it slept our gang of 8 people. Plenty of of things for our grandchildren to do They were very quick to answer any questions We would stay there on any other visit

Great location for kayakers! Pool table, Corn hole set, and fire pit on site provided plenty of other options for recreation. Beds were comfortable. Great area! Lovell Riverside Bar is a great place at the other end of Lovell street.

We had a great time with my family. Great location, lots to do, I was able to communicate my needs to cole at any time. We will be back

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

My husband and I came to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. Alex was so kind from the start and communicated helpful information, giving detailed instructions and made it clear he was available for anything we needed whenever. We had a great stay and hope to come back and visit some day in the future. Thanks Alex for being such a great airbnb host, you go the extra mile and it shows :) you will regret NOT staying here, so make sure you book this one.

Jame's cabin exudes care, charm and coziness with wall hung quotes and artwork throughout. Special thought given to a true functioning kitchen which is much appreciated after a long drive. I was a solo traveler but would be lovely for grandchildren and children to reconnect with nature unplugged. A firecircle stands rstocked and eady to keep you warm whilst searching for shooting stars. Worth returning to share with family.

This was a very unique and cool place. Lots of little accommodations like a nice lantern, nice couch, fan, extra blanket and solar powered charging station. Beautiful river right there with access to free kayaks with stay. Great communication with questions.

Very cute and quaint cabin . Probably wouldn't suggest actually trying to fit 6 adults in there as it is pretty small but it was perfect for me and my 2 kiddos. Movies and games made rainy weather a little bit better. It was stocked with all the essential needs. Very quiet neighborhood which made bonfires peaceful. There is a friendly Neighbor guy close by that liked to come outside every time we did. It is located in a cute little village but there are so many tourist attractions/lakes/falls to visit nearby in all directions which was nice and kept us very busy. Highly suggest it if you have four wheelers, side by sides and a boat as that seems to be the main attraction around the local area. Even our pup felt welcome with the long tie down in the yard and stocked doggy treats. Overall great location and great trip! Thank you.

The house was cozy and perfect for our family getaway. They had everything we needed from kayaks, lily pads, paddle boards and fishing gear.

Bill was the most attentive host we’ve ever had. He’s personable and communicates well and truly wants to make sure your needs are met. He met us at the cottage and did an in-person orientation of the home. I felt comfortable texting him if any questions came up later. This was a beautiful home and very well cared for.

Our stay at Little Bear Cabin was great! We were so cozy and felt at home. Chris and Amanda were super friendly, informative, and provided us a wonderful space for our vacation.
