Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

Gorgeous location, stunning views. Lovely to see it in winter, we had stayed at the same house in summer years ago. Chateau de Menthon was open which was absolutely fantastic. Great tour in English, extremely engaging guide.

A lovely home in a lovely place. Gaëlle was kind and helpful from the moment I booked. It’s a small place, but more than you would need as it has a very efficient use of space. Plus, there is so much access to activities in the area, there isn’t a need to stay in long. I was able to work remotely- with excellent internet- and do regular hikes when not working. Several hikes are accessible within a short walk of the door. Cant express enough how much I enjoyed this space.

The apartment has a magnificent view, it's just too beautiful. 🤩 It's well-equipped, well soundproofed and the balcony is clearly a plus. The Chalet de l'Aulp is nearby, Doussard and Talloires 20 min away. Manuel is a very responsive, attentive and available host, very good exchanges and communication, thank you 😊

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc
