Charming house, in a wooded and flowery courtyard, absolutely quiet, a short walk to the Montmartre hill. The decoration is very "Parisian", simple and refined. The house is functional. The beds are comfortable (duvets). Direct access to the courtyard (50 square meters) to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner right in front of the house (like a garden). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, rotating heat oven). Our neighborhood is very friendly, popular and quiet at the same time. Many restaurants within a stone's throw. 3 supermarkets within a minute's walk. A laundromat if you want to dry your laundry quickly, around the corner (the house is equipped with a washing machine). Many shops, rue Damrémont in particular (a stone's throw away) including a very good butcher, an excellent cheese maker, pastry chef and chocolatier, renowned and very good wine merchant! This street is called the little Champs Elysée!You are a 10-minute walk from Montmartre and Place Clichy (large Wepler cinema). Two metro stations (one less than a minute away) and 2 bus lines serving the center of Paris. Enjoy the Parisian tumult, then come and relax in a deck chair! A true haven of peace...
