The beds are comfortable (duvets). Direct access to the courtyard (50 square meters) to have breakfast, lunch or dinner right in front of the house (like a garden)The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, rotating heat oven). Our neighborhood is very friendly, popular and quiet at the same time. Many restaurants within two steps. 3 supermarkets within a minute's walk. A laundry if you want to dry your laundry quickly , around the corner (the house is equipped with a washing machine). Many shops, Damrémont street in particular (a stone's throw away) including a very good butcher, an excellent cheese maker, a reputable and chocolate maker, famous and very good wine! This street is called Les Petite Champs Elysée!You are a 10-minute walk from Montmartre and Place Clichy (great cinema Wepler).Two metro stations (one less than a minute) and 2 bus lines serving the center of Paris.
