Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

A spacious studio with PMR access to the ground floor of our residential house in an old fully renovated stable. The stable has kept its rustic spirit brightened by an original decoration. The thick walls of the house know how to keep it cool on beautiful summer days. ideal accommodation for nature lovers in search of simplicity. the barn is adjoining my house with an independent entrance, it is located in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the heights of Massat. the barn is located at 750 m altitude, to access it there is a rustic track over 800 m then you have to walk 20 m. In heavy snow, access will be by snowshoe as the track becomes impassable. Massat is a village with all amenities.
