You will stay in a 29 m² studio, located on the 1st floor in a residence of 4 apartments, consisting of a living room with a seating area and kitchen, furnished and equipped, a bedroom area separated by a screen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully renovated and soundproofed accommodation. Access to a shared courtyard (between the 4 apartments), with lounge area.

Un baby foot et un terrain en herbe cloturé vous permettront de profiter avec vos enfants, en toute sécurité, y compris de la terrasse en bois. 2 chèvres naines vous accueillerons ;)

Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.

Pleasant detached cottage in the countryside located 12 km from Châteauroux and 13 km from the village of Georges Sand, 1 hour 10 minutes from Beauval Zoo, on the way to St Jacques de Compostela. You will rest and enjoy the 38° heated SPA, a large wooded park with miniature goats and a small pond with fish and frogs. You can rest in the shade of a tree, and bicycles will be available for walks as we are 1 km from the forest. Barbecue and deckchair provided.

In the heart of the city, come and enjoy your stay in a 38 m² connected house, very well equipped, with easy parking. Enjoy, on the ground floor, a beautiful bedroom area with a 160 bed. Features a workshop-style bathroom with shower and toiletries as well as a cozy sitting area open to a beautiful well-equipped kitchen. A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

Ideal for couples or for 2, you need to disconnect in peace in the Berry countryside, the cozy sheepfold will satisfy you with its Nordic bath and wood-fired sauna (unlimited and private, wood provided). The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, baptism in old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
