For work or as a couple, come and relax in this small bright house totally independent in the middle of a pleasant village 2.5 km from Joigny. (Artisans, restaurants, hikes, its history...) Cozy and warm, set on a 250 m2 garden (currently being redeveloped), 2 steps from the Tholon and 270 m from a bakery, enjoy the comfort and calm as if you were at home. You'll find a made bed, towels and a coffee pod for a smooth wake-up

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

In the historic center of the village, housed in an old barn, the 50 m2 accommodation has a spa bath and a private and peaceful backyard with views of the trees. 2-minute walk to the bakery and grocery store. Next to the accommodation, the church rings every hour, even at night (for people sensitive to noise, provide earplugs).
