This stunning 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom Lake House in the gated Country Club Community of April Sound offers a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of Lake Conroe. It features expansive windows, spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage of your choice. It is very peaceful and quiet, so you will sleep like a baby. Pool, golf, gym, tennis and pickle ball are available for a fee paid to the Country Club, but are closed on Mondays for maintenance.

Open floor plan with granite and stainless steel appliances and a Smart TV Restaurants near by as well as Lake Conroe with a private boat ramp, tennis courts, fitness center and outdoor pools. Town Home is sparkling clean. It is located in a gated community, so feel safe and secure. There is a pool within steps of the front door. All three bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms. Half bath downstairs.
