Beautiful Condo in Mountain Harbor/Lake Ouachita

You are in for a treat! This beautifully decorated condominium is made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. It is located just off Hwy 270. If relaxation is what you’re looking for - enjoy a walk out from the living room and master bedroom to a large covered balcony where you’ll be sure to spot deer passing through. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, washer & dryer, dishwasher & a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing & indulging in home cook meals . Or with delivery options & only minutes away - The Harbor Lodge restaurant offers a delicious full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an incredible view of the lake. The living room, master bedroom and spare bedroom have flat screen TVs all set up with Direct TV. WiFi is available as well. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The spare bedroom is perfect for kids or adults as it’s equipped with a queen bed and a daybed trundle. The sofa sleeper comfortably pulls out into a full-size bed. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms. Once you get settled in, be sure to enjoy all the amenities the area has to offer - the lake, the swimming pool, tennis courts ( rackets and tennis balls provided), hiking trails, the wonderful Turtle Cove Spa. This is a great vacation destinations with 49,000 acres of crystal clear lakes around about Ouachita National Forest. You can enjoy fishing, boating, water sports, crystal mines, and world-class hiking trails through national Forest. Not to mention, Hot Springs is only 20 miles away. Hot springs off for spas, horse racing, shopping, and much more. Our condos allow pets upon approval. There is a $75 pet fee that will be added. It is a non-smoking unit. Kayak up and downstream from the property. Swim in the 8-foot-deep swimming area or wade in the shallows. Sit around the fire as owls call out and eagles and osprey soar through the valley. Relax in the antique porch tub! It's a great place for a couple or the lone-traveler seeking a beautiful spot on the river.

The first time I walked into this condo I loved it. The surrounding trees made me feel like I was in a tree house. This Harbor East condo is located in the Ouachita National Forest, within close walking distance of one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in Arkansas, Lake Ouachita. You can enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the birds, squirrels and deer. There are plenty of windows and even three sky lights that give it an outdoor feel. It's a great place to rest and relax.

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a peaceful vacation at the lake. Great detailed instructions from host with how to get there and the condo was in a very quiet area with beautiful view of the water from the balcony. It was super clean and comfortable. Hope we can come back again soon for a longer stay!

We have stayed at Abbi’s place before and continue to be impressed with the cleanliness and amenities at her property. She really helped us after we moved to her place from another property that was unsatisfactory, and let us check in early. She was also very responsive when we had issues like the power going out in the area after a storm. We are so grateful to her! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect as far as Sylvia and the apartment. However, it was a bummer walking through the woods and up and down terrain to the pool. Aside from the pool inconvenience, it’s a great place, she was a great host, and we had a great stay. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need inside. Also, had some good boardgames and plenty of TV options.

The communication with Sami was the best we have experienced within all of our years using Airbnb. The pictures match exactly what you will have... no surprises. Sami goes above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and went above / beyond with her special touches. Everything you would possible need is within the condo. No issues and will definitely stay within one of Sami's properties upon our next visit.

Sami is a great host! Very friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean. The living room looked out over a beautiful wooded area as did the deck. The lake was very pretty. There is plenty to do in the area, more than we could fit in to the short time we spent there. We visited crystal mine and tried our hand at collecting quartz crystals. We visited Hot Springs National Park and Hot Springs and had a great time. The unit is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Plus, it was very warm and humid when we visited and the air conditioning was wonderful! Thank you Sami. Lisa, Michele and Bob

The condo was so pretty. The place was so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was amazing! The condo was exactly as advertised. The surroundings were so peaceful. We hung out on the balcony and enjoyed being out in nature. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.
