The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

A 2 minutos andando a una clínica privada, supermercado,cafetería y restaurantes. 3 minutos en coche al Campo de Golf. Consta de 3 dormitorios, salón amplio con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada, dos baños . El salón y dos de los dormitorios tienen acceso al porche con vistas a la piscina y paisaje.Toda la casa tiene aire-acondicionado y calefacción.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit unserer Gruppe in dieser Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an absolut herausragend – wir haben stets sehr schnell Antworten bekommen und fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vielen hilfreichen Empfehlungen, die unseren gesamten Trip noch besser gemacht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die Empfehlung von Carlos als Privatkoch: Er hat für uns ein fantastisches Dinner direkt in der Unterkunft zubereitet – ein kulinarisches Fest, das wir nie vergessen werden! Ein riesengroßes Kompliment an Carlos – und natürlich an die Gastgeber, die uns diesen unvergesslichen Abend ermöglicht haben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft (und Carlos!) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Dream villa in Javea with heated swimming pool

We spent four weeks in March in Anne´s house and even if the weather was cooler than normally we enjoyed the pool and garden area with terrace, they were really beautiful and well maintained. The glass terrace inside was also our favourite. The house is big but homely. This house is not an impersonal apartment, it really is a home and feels like it. Everything was as in pictures. The neibourghood is quiet, safe and very nice. You need a car to get around. We were greeted by Javier who was most helpful and quick to attend to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is strategic and very well connected, making it easy to explore Jávea where there’s so much to do. The place looks exactly like in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us a late checkout since no other guests were arriving that day, which was a really nice touch. We’re sure we’ll be coming back to this place in the future! Highly recommended!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Het huis is erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht, ook de tuin en het zwembad. Het centrum is niet echt op loopafstand tenzij je van stevige wandelingen houdt maar de omgeving en het uitzicht op de Montgó maakt dat meer dan goed. Wij overwegen zeker om terug te komen.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Great place to stay. The kitchen both inside and outside are super well stocked with glassware and pans and all sorts of things that make you feel like you’re at home rather than renting. The location is very nice, theres some very nice walks around and the grounds of the house are very enjoyable.

Encantados con nuestra estancia. El recibimiento por parte de ellos ha sido muy bueno, con copas de cava incluidas y un briefing inicial. La villa es mejor incluso que en fotos. Cada rincón de la casa guarda un encanto especial. Cuidado hasta el último detalle. Todo muy limpio y moderno. Cabe destacar que el exterior es compartido. Está dividido en distintas casitas o habitaciones, por si cabe lugar a confusión antes de contratarlo. Sin embargo esto no ha sido ningún problema porque hay mucha tranquilidad e intimidad. Sin duda nos encantaría volver y repetir experiencia!!!
