A spacious studio with PMR access to the ground floor of our residential house in an old fully renovated stable. The stable has kept its rustic spirit brightened by an original decoration. The thick walls of the house know how to keep it cool on beautiful summer days. An independent covered terrace on the ground floor overlooking the orchard of the property greatly extends the space and will allow you to enjoy the sunsets on the Pyrenees Mountains.

You have your own entrance and a private bathroom . French windows open onto a little patio and garden and views of the woods and there are beautiful views of the mountains (and snow) from the garden and village. We live next door in the main house. Located at the foot of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees, just 5 minutes from St-Girons and the City of St-Lizier, 1 hour from Toulouse, 2 hours from Andorra and 1 hour from summer and winter sports resorts. The house has 3 bedrooms (beds are 140) and 2 bathrooms. Electricity: €0.23/kW. €6 per bag for the pellet stove. Bed linen possible: €15/bed

Small house by the river

In the village of Moulis , small house completely renovated in 2016, composed of a ground floor living room kitchen (attention, the kitchen is minimalist.... No oven, but a steamer) that overlooks a garden itself bordered by a river , on the first a double bedroom (a 140x190 bed) and a shower room and on the second two single beds (80 X 200).

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
