Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

This place is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg-Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's a part of my house that's become too big. The entry is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. A double bed 180*200, a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's the left part of our home.

Our large 60 m2 attic studio is comfortable and well arranged with a large living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet, an entrance. Bathed in light with 4 skylights, 2 windows, the patio door opens onto a large balcony. Guests can park their vehicle safely in a paved parking lot closed by an electric gate. A garden is at your disposal.

The pool to be shared with the owners is outdoors, uncovered, it is open and heated from JUNE to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). 3 km away is the village of Monfort/Risle, various shops (bakery, supermarket).
