We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Want to stay in an unusual place? Our English bus has been fitted out to allow you to have a pleasant stay for couples, families or groups of friends. It is equipped with two double bedrooms, (heated and air-conditioned), a bathroom, a living room with TV and wood stove, a kitchen with fridge, crisp oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, an outdoor lounge, barbecue, a brazier and a private jacuzzi. IMPORTANT! CEILING HEIGHT 1.80 m!

Enjoy a stylish home, close to the city center and located 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2 people with the possibility of putting an extra mattress for a child. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Possibility to park in our fenced lot. It consists of 3 rooms, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private terrace.

La Petite Maison de Lis borders

Lisborde; charming little house in a green environment located in the town of Saint Mars la Brière with its shops; its proximity to Le Mans and highway exits will be an ideal starting point for your trips. Its comfortable living space on the first floor, consisting of a living room with open-plan kitchen; two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower will delight you. Outside, you have a lot with a space for your vehicle.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
