Since more than 38 years the Hotel Aurora welcomes people. It's really close to the center and beaches. You reserved a doble room on basic floor which does not include the AC service. You may purchase this service at front desk for additional 25 $ per night. The room features private bath, refrigerator, fan and coffeemaker. I stayed here for a yoga teacher training and immediately felt welcome by Stephanie at the front desk. :) Everyone working here is very sweet and accommodating. My experience was positive and I would come back!

Loved our stay in Santa Teresa! Everything matched the listing perfectly, the beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and it was a great place to relax/rest after being out all day. Our favorite part was being steps from the beach, which was beautiful and we basically had all to ourselves while we were there! Definitely recommend :)

Wonderful place, Andres is a great host as well. It’s located in a small, quiet, and beautiful part of town. Located nearby is a cool pizza restaurant/treehouse and a small market. Within short driving distance are multiple beautiful beaches. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant serves delicious food and cocktails. Andre’s was always attentive and had a smile. Wonderful place for those who want a beautiful and quiet getaway.

this was my second stay at Makanas this year. it has so much to offer from location to having your own beach for endless walks as well sunset

Makanas is a wonderful location. Only a few minutes walk to essentially a private beach front with pools, howler monkeys, and a beautiful backdrop for amazing sunsets. Mary was a superb host, she was proactive in checking in with us … she truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our loft was well appointed and looked exactly as advertised. As a recommendation a small table inside would be helpful to keep keys, glasses etc. Overall a great experience at Makanas Bungalows. Highly recommended.

This place had yoga classes right in there for you to pay a fee and join. It was available everyday at different hours. They had surf boards for rent and brunch that you could buy right there. Everything was very convenient.

The ecocoon is an amazing peaceful place in the middle of the jungle. Marine was super welcoming, helpful and flexible with the check in. Thanks again Marine for the stay, we wished we could have stayed longer.
