Beachfront vacation rentals in Montezuma

From beginning to end the stay was spectacular. Glori, Rosa and Cheppe were great helping us with everything and staying on the beach in a beautiful home was wonderful. Best place Ive stayed with greatest concierge and service.

We loved staying at Casa Wahoo. Quiet little corner away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, yet easy to get to various surf breaks and town. The place was very clean and felt new/nice. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, so we just shared 2 rooms. AC in the main area and the 2 rooms worked great.

Beautiful, brand new place, in the midle of jungle, where you can spot herrings, monkeys, aguti, and lots of birds. Marcella’s place is where everything is thought through- the super comfy bed with organic cotton linnen, stylish interior, natural materials, private space for lunch outside, beautiful greenes surounding, very well maintained clean pool and its area. Marcella is very kind and warm person, we got a lot precommendations about beaches, where to find fishermans with fresh fish, and she even helped us to organize our unforgetable trip to Corcovado park, recomending an amazing guide. The house is bit distant from crowded and loud Santa Teresa, so you can enjoy and relax max! 4WD is recommended and do’nt forget to pass buy to RITUAL for an amazing coffee.

Cas a Hemingway was an oasis in the bustling towns of Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa. It was set just a block off the main road but was so peaceful. Easy to walk to restaurants and great sunset viewing beach. We had a rented truck which got us around to all of the neighboring beaches and Montezuma. The porch was quiet and lovely for sitting, and we saw lots of birds as well as monkeys on several mornings. Soraya and team were friendly and oh so helpful. They left a list of things to enjoy in the area. Laundry service and frequent cleaning helped with the R&R part of vacation. Thank you to Casa Soleil for sharing your sweet, magical spot with us.

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

Diese Unterkunft war der Hammer, Julie hat uns spät in der Nacht empfangen und uns alles gezeigt, nicht nur dass. Die Buchung war sehr spontan und es klappte alles hervorragend, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Airbnb und würden es jedem empfehlen der in Santa Teresa ist, dies zu buchen. Una casa muy cómoda con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días de descanso y relajación. La parte trasera de la casa cuenta con un rancho y piscina, esta área es bastante privada. Instrucciones claras para entrar. Es la segunda vez que visito esta casa y espero volver en el futuro.

This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica. It was extremely comfortable, clean and we just felt right at home every time we walked in! A huge plus is that the apartment can be fully closed off, which was a nice change from our other stays in CR where places were more open to insects and such. The pool was very nice to have especially with the larger waves at the beach nearby. We highly, highly recommend it!

Place of Paradise! Richard and Maria were extremely professional and kind during our stay. I proposed to my girlfriend at this place of paradise and the entire experience was one we will cherish forever and hold close to our hearts when looking back at the tranquility the ocean view home provided. I always ask myself before committing to an Airbnb whether the pics really hold up to the experience and I am grateful to announce the home matches perfectly to how represented online. We told both Richard and Maria if our life journey brings us back to the Santa Teresa area again we will book with them without any hesitation. They were so friendly and very easy to communicate our desires during our stay and everything went ideal!

Planned on staying for only one night but then got there and fell in love with the place. Very comforting and accommodating along with feeling very safe. Hidden gem for sure! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very grateful to have found this place. Wish we could have stayed longer…all the way from O-H……I-O.

Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

El lugar es muy bonito, está ubicado en un lugar relativamente neutral para moverse hacia otras playas, y la calle es transitable para cualquier tipo de automóvil. La casa es muy linda, espaciosa, y cómoda. La piscina estuvo deliciosa, y de noche el agua es tibia. Nos encantó! Los anfitriones son muy comunicativos y amables.

This cabin is a gem! It’s on a peaceful, predominantly local strip of beach, pretty close to Playa de los Muertos. The backyard has some awesome iguanas who live in the trees (and love fruit) and you can literally be on the beach in a minute and in the very comfortable, chill water in another minute! Jennifer connected us with her local host, Neisy who same day booked us a tour with Norberto. He picked us up on the beach from his boat and took us to Isla Tortuga for snorkeling and then to see the bioluminescence at night. Absolutely gorgeous!

We had a great stay. We were here for two weeks and had everything we needed to feel at home. Ophir, our host was super responsive with anything we asked and responded immediately when we had an issue with the hot water, which was an easy fix. She even left us some pipas as a treat. Location is about 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the store and 15-25 minute walk to Santa Theresa downtown. We like a quieter beach vibe so we drove into Malpaís and Montezuma beach area most days.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Clean, cosy, fantastic backyard where you’ll see a lot of animals, good location & easy to check-in. Amelia helped us with everything and made sure we had a pleasant stay, thank you again! Would definitely come back.

Great location! Right out of the poppin part of Santa Teresa but also close enough that you can walk to everything! Very clean apartment, and pretty backyard of the back deck to enjoy the peace of the jungle. Would stay here again- especially for how great the price is

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! We will be back with friends we hope.
