The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was spotless when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!

This is quite a large townhouse on two floors. After staying in some tiny apartments in Rohrmoser (which also has its charms), it was refreshing to be able to spread out. The apartment is clean and with a good kitchen, and the ac in the master bedroom works just fine. This condo is in a self contained development with about 15 townhouses in a walled, gated community with a 24-hour guard at the single entrance. The guards were courteous and efficient. We had little need to contact Monica, but when we did she responded promptly and in a friendly manner. There are lots of good restaurants in Escazu; it is an interesting alternative to downtown San Jose.

Wow! As others have said, this estate is even better in person. The location is great, and the house is just massive. We went with our four kids, and they absolutely loved the house. Extremely comfortable and comes with everything you could possibly need. Everyone involved is incredibly accommodating, and always there if you need assistance. I would certainly come back, and hope to!

This place was a hidden gem! Only a few minutes from major areas of interest. Highly recommend staying here if you value privacy and a secure environment, as they have guard staff outside the complex for what seemed like 24/7.

Excellent location especially if you are a vegan! There were about 5 vegan restaurants within a 6 block radius. The unit itself was clean, spacious for 1-2 guests, and had all the necessary supplies and amenities you would need. I had no trouble sleeping, but bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as there are trains passing by throughout the day. Walkable and safe neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to wander into.

Great complex with awesome amenities

Raquel's place was perfect for our stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and sheets. It was great having a washer AND dryer in the unit. The location in Los Yoses and near Escalante was a real plus. We have found that generally you don't need air conditioning in San Jose, but it was nice to be able to turn it on for 15 minutes or so, when the heat and humidity was a little high. I think we used it twice in our 17 days there. A great place to stay and we loved being on the 20th floor. Note that there is a train that goes by the front of the building and if the door to the balcony is open it is loud. However, for some reason it never bothered us. It stopped at bedtime. We would definitely stay again.

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

Rigo is an excellent host, I loved the excellent communication he had from the beginning and I take a lot of encouragement. The apartment was like feeling at home, and I was fascinated by the cleanliness and cleanliness in everything. I am very satisfied because more than a home, it was a pleasant experience.

Very attentive, and with clear instructions that made the stay easier. The place is comfortable, clean and beautiful.
