The apartment is very comfortable, airy and clean. It has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bedroom/office with two single beds, a nice table and chair for working/studying. The apartment is very well located, close to hospitals, gym, supermarket. And also the most famous avenue of Montes Claros with several bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, steakhouse, etc. Note: The garage is covered and accommodates small and medium-sized vehicles. Trucks do not fit.

Safe and central location. It's a 5-minute walk from downtown. After a complaint about the parking space, I rented another space in the building itself, which is more spacious and fits any car. The flat contains 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds, one of which is an auxiliary bed. It sleeps 4 people in beds (1casal) + 2 singles. In case of accommodation for more people, you have the option to put mattress on the floor, which must be agreed in advance.
