Monthly Rentals in Monterey Park

I stayed here for a month and half and the space had everything I needed and more! Very impressed with the amenities provided -- complete bathroom set up (shampoo, conditioner, soap ,TP, towels), stocked kitchen (pots, pans, coffee!!, juicer, utensils, etc.), AC, and other little touches like a white noise machine, iron, etc. Also ample storage throughout the unit. It made for a comfortable stay. Love that the El Sereno neighborhood is also centrally located to some great eastside spots. It's 15 min away from downtown LA, 10-20 min away from South Pas/Pas, and 15-20 min away from Highland Park/Silverlake. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space on the immediate street and in the surrounding neighborhood. The house itself is on a main road but quiets down at night. I felt very safe while out and about. Phoebe and Onur are lovely hosts and are super flexible and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Definitely will book again when I'm in the L.A. area.

Stayed for 6 months while my family and I got situated in California. Bidan and her family are kindest. Couldn’t thank them enough. Definitely worth it!

Small and cozy place in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a quick trip.
