Beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!!

Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

Sherry was a gracious and courteous host. The room had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The room was clean and I was presented with a tray of food and treats when I arrived. All very nice for an affordable price.

Lovely condo, back from the street, so relatively quiet. Clear instructions, roomy. The place was much better decorated than other AirBnBs, with vintage Santa Cruz photos and lovely Santa Cruz art posters. We’ll definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

Larger than expected spacious townhouse. Location close to restaurants, coffee shop, independent grocery store, a few shops, and a waterfront resort open to the public all within 1 -2 blocks of the apartment. Easy drive into town and the surrounding towns. We would stay here again.

Celebrated my husbands bday! Outdoor heated pool was nice for the boys. The restaurant on the property was delicious ! We walked down to the beach and called the front office for a ride back with a golf cart. The place was very clean and relaxing

The photos don't do the location justice. Whale watch from your living room and see the entire Monterey Bay from the beach...you don't have to put your shoes on to get to the beach, you're already here. We came at a lovely warm time and there weren't any other people around. Community has a pool and hot tub that were also great! So thankful to have enjoyed some days here at Blue Diamond. The binoculars and scope really were great for whale watching from the living room. What a cool sight to see a whale breeching while the sun was setting. It only takes 3 minutes to get to Moss Landing, 3 lovely well appointed and comfy beds with buttery soft linens were great place to rest our heads. Thanks again Deb!

This place is amazing!! My parents and I rented this place for the weekend to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The location is so peaceful and it was amazing to stay RIGHT on the beach. My mom is not very mobile so it was nice that she was able to enjoy the beach from the balcony without having to be on it. You could also tell there was a lot of care put into the place, overall made the weekend very special for all of us. We can't wait to come back!

My son stayed at Soheila's place for 14 weeks during his internship. She was a great host and made it very comfortable for my son to feel at home away from home. Her occasional homemade dinners and desserts were delicious additions to all the recommendations she made for restaurants around the area. She was extremely accommodating and made sure the place was cleaned biweekly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Jaya's Airbnb! The room was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the fantastic view from the room. I enjoyed waking up to breathtaking vistas every morning, making my stay even more memorable. The clean kitchen was a big plus. It had everything I needed to prepare meals when I wanted to dine in. Jaya had thoughtfully stocked it with all the essentials, making it convenient and enjoyable to use. Jaya was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in a great location with a warm and welcoming host, look no further than Jaya's room. I'll definitely be returning for another visit!

It was better than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. We were a group of 7 women and it was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The best part was how close the ocean was. It was a short walk to an nearly empty beach. Each room had a bathroom and a balcony with a view. We will definitely return.

This is the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. Susan was the best hostess, she made us feel right at home with a little welcome note and snacks after our long travel day. She always wrote back to us if we had any questions and was so kind. The set up of this apartment showed the utmost care for guests. Not only was it extremely clean, but it had all of these little fun items, like a towel warmer and lovely outside space. In the morning I was able to go for a run at a stunning nearby regional park that had a lake. That park also had a beautiful playground and splash pad, they loved it so much! We were there for a wedding at The Ranch at Silver Creek and it was only a 7 minute drive up the hill. The rest of my family was jealous we were able to stay so close to the venue! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and if we are ever back in San Jose we will stay here.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of clean towels were in a cupboard. The washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave were all of good quality. A lovely home away from home.

Great stay just minutes from the beach! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both a large patio adjacent to the kitchen and great sunsets from the roof deck. Slept 5 fairly comfortably - one couple in the king bed, two singles in the two twins, and a (willing) friend on the pull-out couch.

This was a great property right on the beach. We saw the pictures and we loved the location when we booked it. The check-in instructions are very easy. I wish the keys would be somewhere on the property rather than pick up from office. But it was not too much of an inconvenience given that it was barely 10 minutes drive. The house was more than what was advertised on the listing. They were well equipped with appliances and condiments in the kitchen. It was very clean on the beach. They had toys and chairs to go on the beach. We just spent our time relaxing at the place and connecting with our friends. They were flexible with our checkout time as well. The hosts were super responsive on the app whenever we had a question overall, I highly recommend this place. It is definitely Something that we would love to return to.

The view from the place was worth it and Kyle even replied to our questions within 5 minutes at 11pm. He was very responsive and helpful! would definitely recommend
