Ivana's place is amazing, the garden is very beautiful and relaxing and the view outside the house is amazing. Ivana is a great host and will help you with anything you need. We will be coming back!!!

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

Luka and his family are the most gentle and genuine humans - they made us feel like we were their extended family as well. Their property is so tranquil and well kept. We were very happy to stay up on the hill vs on the beach - it's chiller and insect free (!) on the hot summer days and in general one can appreciate an opportunity to stay away from the beach crowd and only come down for it by choice :) P.S. Lots of people noted Faya, the dog, in their comments. She is all that, and more!

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Nemanja sehr genossen! Der Blick vom Pool in die Berge war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war makellos und Nemanja war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen.

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Ortes gelegen. Vom Balkon oder Pool genießt man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Natur, Berge und in der Ferne das Meer. Der Gastgeber und sein liebenswerter Hund wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, jedoch in einem separatem Haus. Er achtete stets auf Privatsphäre und machte unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner Herzlichkeit unvergesslich. Selten erlebt man solch eine Gastfreundschaft mit so viel Fürsorge und Freundlichkeit! Jeden Morgen bereitete er uns ein herzhaftes Frühstück mit Gemüse aus eigner Ernte zu. Das Weinhaus befindet sich direkt am Pool, ist klimatisiert und überzeugt mit einer hübschen Einrichtung. Da es schon ein älteres Haus ist, kann es passieren, dass sich zeitweise Insekten hinein schleichen. Der Pool ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand sowie mit mehreren Liegen/ Stühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen & können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, insbesondere wenn man Entspannung sucht.

Der Aufenthalt in Sonjas Hütte war ein richtiges Hüttenfeeling. Den Ofen hatten wir die ganze Zeit an, da es sonst recht kalt gewesen wäre. Da ist es nicht schlecht, wenn man ein wenig Erfahrung hat mit Feuer im Ofen machen. Man kann ebenso so ziemlich alles durch die Wände aus den anderen Zimmern hören, aber das hat uns nicht so gestört.. ist sicher in anderen Hütten nicht anders. Alles im allem war alles da, was man braucht: Klopapier, Spüli, Waschmittel, Geschirrhandtücher, Handtücher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr.. die Küche an sich ist klein aber fein. Alles im allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sofias Garden und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! Bije ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wieder sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man einen Tipp braucht oder etwas fehlt, ist sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eigentlich für vier Personen zu klein, da wir allerdings ohnehin immer im wundervollen Garten sitzen, wenn wir da sind, ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa ziemlich gemütlich. Die Sitzplätze im Garten sind prima verteilt, sodass man sich bei erhöhtem Ruhebedarf auch mal separieren kann. Manchmal war uns der Verkehr auf der Straße etwas viel, aber irgendwie müssen die Leute ja an den Strand kommen .. :-) Extrem gute Vibes bei Bije!!

My wife and I stayed at Petivat Gardens for 2 months (October-November) while working remotely. We absolutely loved our time there. The first thing we must mention is the hospitality of the hosts. Stefen was always kind, responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. He speaks very good English so it was easy to communicate. Marta and Branco were incredible hosts as well. They were extremely generous and often gifted us their homemade wine and fruits and vegetables from their gardens. Even though, we didn’t share the same language, they invited us over multiple times for a drink and treats. We can’t express how welcome we felt here. The rest of the family who lives on the property are also very warm and friendly. Not only are the host amazing but the apartment itself was perfect. It was spacious, modern, very clean and had great views. The wifi was very strong and we never had issues with us both working remotely there. We 100% recommend staying here!! You will love it!

Absolutely wonderful stay! One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. So well equipped and felt right at home. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Right in front of a sweet, little beach and perfect space/yard for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

Wow. I don’t even know how to describe the phenomenal experience we had here. This feels more like staying with family then it does an Airbnb. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, even with a language barrier we were able to connect and felt incredibly welcomed. The space is gorgeous, big and bright with a beautiful porch overlooking the village and out to the lake in the distance. We ate dinner prepared by the family which was delightful (bring cash!), the homemade wine was delicious, and the highlight was certainly the boat tour and conversations had with our hosts. Truly a unique and special time, and well worth driving the fairly stressful mountain road to reach the accommodation. Also, the family dachshund Jerry is great! I would recommend this experience to anyone seeking to explore this beautiful area and authentic connection with locals. A true gem.

Beautiful environment. The valley in surreal and quite. Slept like a baby. Made one of my top 3 hikes in my life with a breathtaking view if you climb all the way to the top. Hostess was very friendly and full of handy tips.

La maison de Dusan est très confortable. Sa maman nous a gentiment accueillis avec une tarte 🙏. La télé est gigantesque, et super pour regarder un film le soir. Le pont pour accéder aux balades en bateau est à 25 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en voiture. La communication avec Dusan est très agréable, il est très attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten ein so wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Vladimir und seiner Familie. Alle gaben sich so große Mühe, dass wir uns wie zuhause im Urlaub fühlten. Die Aussicht und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Auch die Wohnung und der Whirlpool waren ganz besonders. Wir bekamen jeden privaten Freiraum, konnten uns aber auch so toll mit Vladimir unterhalten. Er gab uns viele Tipps, erzählte uns von Land und Leuten und lud uns ein, seine leckeren Produkte zu probieren. Jetzt nehmen wir nicht nur seine Geschenke mit nachhause, sondern einen unvergesslichen Ort, den wir unbedingt wieder besuchen möchten.

The house in Perast is beautiful as the village itself! Typical and you feel like at home right on the sea! Recommend!
