Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.

Lago Maggiore und Monte Lema eingebettet, am Dorfrand. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im grünen, unberührten Tal oder zum Biken. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 min zum See.
