Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

We will be coming back to this beautiful home. And surprisingly, it was even better in person. It had everything we needed and Janey and Anthony were kind and very helpful. 5 star review!

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

absolutely amazing stay. probably the coziest place you'll find. very safe neighborhood. easy parking. so much to do and so many stores close by that the location is unbeatable in convenience. not far away at all from all the main attractions either (beach, Disneyland, etc) while still maintaining a quiet peaceful environment. you won't regret booking!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

Jason's place was perfect for what I needed for my work trip. It was a little small, but still had everything necessary. My dog also loved his dog and they played all the time!

The host is very nice and friendly. She is very helpful and provided prompt feedback. The place is located in a very safe neighborhood and there are lots of great restaurants and boba nearby! Very smooth check-in and check-out process as the host provided clear instructions beforehand. Great deal for its price if you need a private unit to stay in LA. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay with friendly neighborhood dog. Large front and back lawn. Perfect for family. A little bit dark in the dining area but not a deal breaker. Overall, nice place.

The cleanest Airbnb that I’ve been in so far and just so cosy; pictures definitely match the actual place. Host was prompt with fulfilling requests. The only thing I would say is that because it is a side-by-side duplex, there can sometimes be a noise disturbance but it was not bad enough to make my stay less enjoyable and overall neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All in all would definitely book again.

Aldwins’s airbnb in east los angeles is a perfect little stay! the parking is easy, definitely have to reverse in from the street as Aldwin has said, The bed is extremely comfortable and the couch is as well, We did not use the TV during our stay but there is one in the living room. The kitchen is extremely clean. There is a fan in the closet for use and a portable heater as well which you can put in fan mode as well to use both, During our stay it was 90 degrees the first 2 days and the airbnb did get rather hot at night, opening the windows did help but there is no A/C available. The other days it was nice and breezy at night. Overall I did enjoy this airbnb a lot and recommend it to everyone especially for the price !

Chunjiang's place was so beautiful and absolutely spotless! It smelt incredible, and it was apparent that a professional cleaner had stopped by. It has 2 rooms, and an extra bed with the pull-out sofa. Such a beautiful and relaxing backyard as well. My family and I spent most of our time at Universal Studios (which wasn't much of a far drive from the house) so we really didn't use any of the amenities but it definitely has all that you need. Perfect AIRBNB!

My stay at Monica’s home was excellent! Very clear instructions on how to get into the home, and super easy to get in. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was very clean, overall we had an amazing time there:)

We had a great stay here and loved the location. Lots of shops and food places nearby and close to the 60/710 freeway. The place has everything that you need including a washer and dryer. All appliances worked well during our stay and we had no issues. Jonathon (the host) was super responsive to my all of my questions during our stay. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely look for your place next time we are in this area!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is aesthetic and well-maintained, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from a rice cooker to a filtered water dispenser, and even board games for cozy nights in. We especially appreciated the wardrobe space and how complete everything felt. The host was very communicative, easy to reach, and always helpful—definitely a big plus! A couple of minor things: the ice machine in the fridge wasn’t working during our stay, and the TV connection on the second floor was a bit slow. Also, for fellow Asian travelers, having a bidet would be a nice added touch for comfort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!
