Super spacious waterfront apartment with tremendous waterfront views. Also incredible view on the west side from the window of the Living where the sunset is observed. Super quiet and with all amenities. It has wifi , internal grill, all appliances and even dishwashing. Closed carport in the building. It does not have white linens (sheets) or towels. Neither bathroom items January and Feb is rented x fortnight. MINIMUM 5 nights in Dec .

This unique place has its own style. Boutique-style home. Oceanfront and direct access to the beach. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has its own private viewpoint at the tip of the medano, where you can see the sunrise and sunset . It does not include savanna service, pillowcases, and towels. I must bring your own. ( if you need electric service, it has an extra cost that is paid when entering U$20 x the stay )

Lucinda del Este - Monte Hermoso

Our second experience in Monte HErmoso.. the apartment is beautiful..bright.. The decoration details are so cute! The space is right for 3 people! Being a little demanding, just need to equip the kitchen a little more... at least with the basics! Myrian is a very nice person who provided us with a lot of information and we maintained smooth communication!!

Excellent apartment, better than expected! Excellent service, super comfortable, the best possible location on the corner, you have the beginning of the center and one block from the sea with the best inns, truly an incredible apartment with a great location!! There were 4 of us, 2 children and a baby, and we were really comfortable at all times!!!

The apartment is spacious and bright with a wonderful view of the sea, we were very comfortable and has everything for a stay with children. the location is incomparable, facing the sea.. the building has a pool ...better impossible!!

The department as the photos. Beautiful view and very peaceful. Sofia is very good host, leaving the instructions very clear. Unique to note is linens and towels. But everything was excellent. I would come back without hesitation

We enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s unit. The location is unbeatable! Nothing like having a beach front view and being close to main streets and restaurants. The apartment is old but functional. The cable TV, wifi, and parking garage were a great plus. I recommend checking whether towels and sheets are provided beforehand. We were overall very with it.

Beautiful everything! The clean and tidy house, had the full kitchen (kitchen utensils, oven fountains, salad, repasadores). Everything worked well, the grill in good condition and there was even a plank to eat outside. The neighborhood had a lot of peace and quiet. We came in love with Monte Hermoso and so did the house!!

We were very comfortable. we were two adults with a child. Maybe for five people the house is something small. It has two floors, and the staircase is somewhat narrow and steep. The rooms are on the upper floor and the bathroom on the ground floor. everything was spotless as shown in the pictures.

Carolina was extremely friendly! The house shares space with her family and the backyard is spacious with a private grill and table and a real family feel. The house is a short walk to the beach and amidst all of the town's restaurants and shops. The town is extremely safe and very lovely.
