The apartment was very complete, it had several items, kitchen cleaning and personal hygiene, which are very useful especially if the stay is short. The hosts were super attentive and helpful, they let us change the check-out time, which was very useful for us to take advantage of our time in Buenos Aires, I would definitely come back

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Excellent unit, gorgeous and clean. Everything homleyjoy could control was perfect. Only thing out of their control was the street noise and noisy neighbors. Overall a great place and truly excellent value but bring earplugs just in case.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture, everything in very good condition). It is very well connected. An additional point in favor that we found is that the building has 24-hour security. We stayed a couple of weeks and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. A separate paragraph for Anabella's attention throughout the stay, very attentive to all the needs we might have, always available and with very fast communication in all our exchanges. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Once again, it is a pleasure to return to Martina's depto. We love it. Thanks as always!!
