The house is impeccable, everything is very clean, fragrant, a very good space, the view is incredible, the garage holds a large car, it is easy to get in and out of the apartment, close to the center. Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

The days in the cottage were incredible, an immeasurable tranquility! The house is cozy, complete and has a fantastic view, really immersed in nature, with easy access to the dam. Impeccable cleanliness. I didn't want to leave! Theo is a great host!

Wonderful accommodation! We made the trip with 6 people, everyone loved the accommodation, the house is well equipped with quality utensils and enough quantity for 6 people, extremely clean and organized house. The host always responds quickly with clear instructions. Not to mention the landscape of the place, which is stunning. It was a great choice to spend the weekend at this accommodation.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked them several questions in the group they created, and they answered promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

The cabin is really on an enchanted mountain. The cabin is clean, fragrant and cozy. It has a complete structure with a gourmet area and swimming pool, and many entertainment features as well. The mountain is high, reserved and safe. We had the privilege of seeing several birds and having contact with the horses and oxen of the pasture next door (there is a fence). I also took my 2 3-year-old children and even for them, there was no shortage of fun. The landscape of the green mountains by day and the starry sky made it even better. I recommend the stay :)

Beautiful, cozy, very complete house. It's been a wonderful three days. Solar-heated pool provided fun even on the coldest days. The house has everything we need and is very safe and very pleasant. If we return to the Black Forest, we will definitely choose Lucia's place. The host is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips to make the stay much better. I even got a flexibility at checkout because of my birthday. I highly recommend the space.

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we can do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and linens, it felt like we were at home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to be back soon!

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, spotlessly clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go for work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience!
