Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. Enjoy our magnificent pool in summer.

The Pavillon de Jurmilhac, exclusive country Hamlet

A tastefully decorated villa with private heated pool and all the modern comforts forms part of the 500 year old private stone hamlet of Jurmilhac. Nestled between fields of barley and wheat, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, it is a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Pavillon at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Old sheepfold in a dominant position adjacent to the holm oak loop, a few minutes walk from the village of Roque-Gageac. Enjoy a superb view of the Dordogne Valley at the edge of the forest. Inside, a large living room, two attic bedrooms, shower room, toilet, then a second part kitchen/dining room and upstairs, bedroom, shower room/toilet. Outside, a large covered terrace, a swimming pool hugging the contours of the cliff and the holm oak forest.

Set in an old Quercy barn, the cottage covers more than 110 m² and offers an indoor spa pool area, a mezzanine bedroom with a bird's-eye view of the pool and its living area and of course a sitting area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom area with a large walk-in shower. Outside you can enjoy the terrace and sauna with views of the valley. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can recharge your batteries for a romantic getaway.

Access to the swimming pool is limited according to a time slot and the "summer" season and under the responsibility of the tenant.
