Ideally located on the banks of the Lot, between Fumel, Montayral and Libos, the large public parking lot at the foot of the door makes it very easy to access. You will enjoy the proximity to various shops, bakery, tobacco, bar, snack, supermarkets, etc. within a 5-minute walk. Walking enthusiasts will take the greenway located 50 m away.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.
