Quiet 2-person cottage, in the countryside (possibility of 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this gîte (adjoining on one side with another gîte for 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the local area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

House ideally located to discover the region, it is located on the main street, close to all the shops nearby, Carrefour 200 meters away. Feel free to bring your bikes (private place available to drop them off safely); 500 meters away, you will find the start of the old railway line that will take you on one side to Mont Saint Michel (20 km) or on the other to Fougères (30 km)
