Situated in the center of the village of Sabuzedo this is an old house, now recovered. It is a house with two floors that counts on its top floor (attic) with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On its first floor there is a third bedroom also with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen, a living room with a heat recuperator and a covered balcony. In the ground floor there is a garage with capacity for three cars.
