Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

This village has small shops, a restaurant and an equestrian center. 5 km away, you will discover the picturesque town of Joigny, its market, its shops. Roncemay Golf Course is 20 minutes away, the city of Auxerre is 30 minutes away, the vineyards of Chablis and Irancy are about 45 minutes away by car. Guédelon is 50 minutes away.

Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.
