An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate.
