It is a cozy cottage for 5 people, ideal for spending pleasant holidays with family or friends and enjoying the calm and sweetness of living in the countryside. Small house in a pretty hamlet near a farm. Single room, kitchen, living room. Floor access with a spiral staircase. Two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. No land but a parking space. No Wi-Fi. Dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwashing kit. Television and DVD player (youth DVD available) Small games and comics Baby crib, baby bath and high chair Bed linen not provided. Duvets (220 x 240) and pillows.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

The bedroom includes a double bed as well as 2 single beds. The small bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a small sink and a suspended toilet. An ideal house for a family, to relax in the countryside and enjoy the wonders of Périgord.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
