Two minutes from highways I270, I55, I44 which is within 15 minutes of downtown St. Louis. Busch Stadium, St Louis Blues, Zoo, Aquarium, Forest Park, Wash U, Soulard, Central West End, Missouri Botanical Garden, Anheuser-Busch. Other close attractions- Laumeier Sculpture Park, Children’s Magic House, Museum of Transportation, Grant's Farm. We are within one mile of Mercy South Hospital if you are working or visiting. MO Baptist, Mercy, BJC, Children's hospital all 15 minutes. 20 min/airport.

Farm stay with chickens, peacocks and horses.

Beautiful home in country with chickens and peacocks around. Old barns, tree swing, large fire pit, tree stump chair, two nice fishing lakes and our original farm stead built in 1848 is walking distance away. Wife's horses are friendly and are right down the road. No steps into the house so easy to get in. Farm fields of corn soybeans and wheat are planted yearly. Not to many rules just take care of the place. Close to Baldwin Power Plant and Prairie State Energy Campus. This is a nice home.

This home has everything you will need to be close to everything but not directly on the beaten path. From being close to downtown Belleville for all the festivals on the Square to being right down the road from Hofbrauhaus and Our Lady of the Snows Shrine and less than 30 minutes from offerings of downtown St. Louis. It's easy to get to the Zoo, City Museum, Cardinals or Blues games, Forest Park or many other attractions by either driving or hopping the MetroLink in downtown Belleville.

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.
