Vacation rentals with a patio in Mono County

Fantastic condo in the best location! Easy walk to the Gondola for skiing, and never need the car because shops and restaurants are right in the village. Amenities are great and the wine and s’more kit upon arrival was a great treat! The condo is stocked with great games and fun puzzles. Everything was just perfect.

They were very responsive and helped us out with flexible checkin due to the mountain hours changing. The place is right in the center of town which is nice to be able to walk to Vons or restaurants.

Susan's condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping, and close to town/mountain shuttles. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to function in. Bed is quite comfortable, and everything is very clean. This is our favorite area in Mammoth to stay and we hope to return.

Nice condo in a KILLER location. Close enough to all the amenities in town but far enough away that it’s peaceful and relaxing. And still only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This upstairs unit was cozy and welcoming and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The layout of the neighborhood made for nice dog walking in a clean, well-kept community. The views of the mountains and a little snowy creek running through the property didn’t hurt! We played with our kids in the snow right out front (and to the side, and behind, and a little ways down the road…there was plenty of clean white snow all over and it hadn’t snowed in days). There were some low grades that we could have sledded down but nothing steep or spectacularly long so we went elsewhere to sled. It’s more of a snowball fight and snowman affair for the kids around here. There are creeks and ponds scattered around the neighborhood so do be careful. 10AM checkout was a little brutal but don’t let that stop you! We’d book again

The place was great - super cozy and the location is a convenient 5 min walk to the lifts. The host was splendid as well and he was very friendly and responsive.

Great spot for a ski trip in Mammoth Lakes! There's a bus stop right outside the condo unit, so there's no need to walk super far in your bulky ski boots! Patricia's instructions for locating the unit and getting in were super clear and we were getting ourselves settled in in no time! The bed upstairs and the two fold-outs downstairs were comfy and the sheets were fresh and quite warm. The thermostat took a little fiddling with to get just right but once we figured it out it was no problem. Dishes were nice and clean and the kitchen had all the usual amenities. Just what my brothers and I needed for a great ski getaway.

The stay here was wonderful! 100 yards from the shuttle that heads up to Eagle Lodge! Mammoth Coffee Roasting was right down the street making it easy to grab coffee and breakfast before heading out on adventures! Kimberly was very responsive and helpful with things to do around the area that were within walking distances! 10/10 would stay again!

The “Green House” was perfect for my group of seven for a three night fishing get-a-way! So nice to have a kitchen. Bbq’d out back and sat around the large table. Was also nice to have a living area with tv to enjoy in the evenings and unwind versus heading off to different hotel rooms. Highly recommend Brett and his roomy and well appointed home. Given the chance, would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much Brett!!!

Great location short walk to the village, brewery, and shops, also next to the golf course. We liked that the house was equally distant about a mile to the Eagle Lodge and also only a mile to the Canyon Lodge.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was kid friendly with games and toys already being provided. The house is in a great location, separated from town and super close to twin falls! We will definitely be back, hopefully winter time to utilize the ski in and out feature!

This house in Mammoth was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The owner provides everything you could need in the kitchen and clearly pays close attention to detail. When we arrived, the house was already warm and the lights were on, which made us feel instantly welcome. The owner even messaged us for an earlier check-in. The garage is super convenient, especially during colder months. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was clean and incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the house. It’s rare to find a place this well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. One of the best Airbnb homes I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and relaxing stay in Mammoth!

I've stayed at a number of places in Mammoth over the years and this was one of the best. Place looked and felt brand new with modern appliances, furniture and comfortable beds, something that is often lacking in Mammoth housing. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Village which makes it incredibly easy to get to the gondola as well as restaurants and bars. They also let us know we could check in early without me asking which was a huge help in coordinating with the crew. Definite 5 out of 5.

Nicely updated, very clean and well appointed condo. It was a great place for our family of four to come home to after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay! Great if your fishing lakes are everywhere!

My family and I had a perfect stay at Lei's place for Memorial Day weekend. Lei's place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. I really appreciated the baby gate between the 2nd and 3rd floor which allowed us to keep our toddler safe. Lei's place is in a perfect location, super close to the grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. Mammoth Creek park is a 5 minute walk from Lei's place which we visited everyday during our stay. We will definitely re-book in the future!

Had a wonderful stay home was a perfect fit for or family. Close to everything.master room had a very comfortable bed that was a plus! Would definitely recommend.

Great condo in a convenient location! Adrienne's place was a great basecamp for our ski weekend. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for when we wanted to cook and the full washer/dryer in the unit was a bonus. We had two couples staying here but there was an extra loft area that could've fit more people. Will stay here again in the future!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the property. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. I can honestly say this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The kitchen was a highlight for us, as it was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable, allowing us to have cozy dinners after a day on the slopes. Speaking of slopes, the skiing and ski-out experience was truly remarkable. We could hit the slopes right from the property, which made our days both exciting and hassle-free. It was such a treat to have this level of accessibility. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the breathtaking view of the valley. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a delight, and it added a special touch to our mornings Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the village. It's so convenient to just take the elevator down and be right in the action. Finding the apartment initially was a bit of a treasure hunt, especially after a long drive. You have to navigate from the front lobby, find an elevator, go down, cross to another elevator, go up, and then walk a bit to the apartment. It felt a little complicated for check-in. However, once you've done it once, it's super easy – you just park and the apartment is conveniently on the second story from that point. We visited in May, which is off-season, so the gondola wasn't running. I imagine this spot would be incredibly convenient for ski-in/ski-out access during the winter! The apartment layout is fantastic, very comfortable, and the beds are great. Everything was pristine and clean. They even provided coffee, which was a nice touch for breakfast. Also we booked the day off so host very responsive.
