‘Le studio’ is in the medieval village of Issigeac. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen-dining–living room with a shower and laundry room downstairs and a bright spacious bedroom and living area with bathroom upstairs. The house has a small patio with a table for outside meals. Issigeac is a small but lively village with all amenities, including five restaurants. The village is well known for its Sunday market all year round and for its lively summer night markets.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

This private, fully restored stone cottage is part of a charming exclusive 16th century hamlet. Nestled between fields of barley and wheat, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, is it a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Borie at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

Offering a landscape with views of the meadows and woods, the sheepfold is a 70 m² space with equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, TV (which works with connection sharing), 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 200 by 160 and 1 bunk bed (ideal for 3 children). Exterior: double terrace (one wooden and one tiled) with 5-seater hot tub, bbc, 2 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs and a picnic table shaded by a magnificent 100-year-old oak tree.
