With beatiful views of the countryside, the apartment has a small terrace . The ground floor has a double bed, single bed, kitchen, bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanine. Shared pool access in season. There are 2 other apartments in he building, all 3 are independent and accessible only from outside.

The house is composed of bay windows along the entire south and east facade. You will get up in the morning with the sunrise, take a shower while watching the mist on the Isle-Jourdain in the distance and enjoy the insert and the warmth of the fire in the evening. A moment of relaxation guaranteed, 30 minutes from Toulouse.

The house is located in the city center, close to all amenities ( train station, bypass, shopping center, convenience store) The large lake and pool are accessible in 10 minutes on foot. Easy and free parking on the street in front of the house. It has 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4. The stairs are a little steep so we do not recommend the upper bedroom for kids under 3 years old. A private 18 m2 terrace completes our pretty house. It is fully equipped.
