Beautiful accommodation, in a street with a lot of traffic in which you can park, a lot of space taken but we went around twice and a space became available. Rather small but nice accommodation, not stuffy. Overall clean. Slight lack of sound insulation in the accommodation but nothing woke us up at night, that's the main thing! Great place that I would recommend.

Excellent stay in this very pleasant cottage, very clean, perfectly equipped and very well located. Hélène and Frédéric are very friendly and welcoming! and the access to the hot tub after a good day of walking was a very nice little plus!

We spent a weekend as a couple and were amazed by the setting of the estate, the unforgettable view of the coastline, its mini farm, its tennis court and the accommodation we booked. The Calypso suite is fully equipped and even exceeded our expectations (bose speakers built into the ceiling, led strip in the room, starry sky in the sauna...). Catherine was very responsive and gave us great culinary recommendations around the area. We will come back without hesitation for our next Normandy weekend!

Very nice accommodation, in close proximity to Cambremer and on the Cidre. The accommodation is well arranged and allows you to have a nice time. The environment is particularly quiet. Special mention to the Rocky pinball machine :)

We stayed at Liane's place on the way to Bordeaux and liked it so much we booked it on the way back too. It's super spacious and comfortable - and great value.

One of the best Air b‘n‘bs I’ve ever been in. Even better than the photos. Fantastic equipped kitchen, great house, excellent surrounding. More than highly recommendable.

The house is really the description that is explained in the listing, a large, green and very neat garden where you can play badminton, football, and lie on deckchairs on the grass with a terrace and a large table. Comfortable beds, shutters in all bedrooms, large living room overlooking the kitchen, convenient when cooking. Everything is within walking distance, beach, bakery, and a few minutes from Cabourg. A quiet and pleasant location. In short, come and have a barbecue😜.

Francoise house was spotless and in a good location. Near to restaurants. Had everything we needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The location is absolutely ideal: just a short walk to the charming village, close to the beach, and right by a little forest, which our little dog enjoyed exploring. The cottage itself is cozy, very well-equipped, and just the right size for two people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. There is a nice little garden, with an incredible view stretching out over the sea – and the sunsets are beautiful to watch. Valérie and Christophe were great hosts – super responsive to any question we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

Anny's place is clean and comfortable, very close to the sea, Cabourg and Houlgate, its location allows beautiful walks to do. The small garden is nice. We had a pleasant stay there, there is nothing missing 😉

At the top, I recommend it! The apartment is functional and conveniently located on the edge of the promenade and the beach, with a large fenced garden for the happiness of the dog. 🤩 As described. Étienne is very nice and responsive, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

Lovely few days in Normandy.. we used Marc’s place as a hub for exploring Omaha beach & Caen over D-day weekend which was about 40mins-1h from Epaney. House was everything we needed, clean, lovely grounds. Shame we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather but pool area looked lovely. Thanks Marc. 👍🏽
