Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Molega Lake

We felt lucky to find a place so close to the beautiful Kejimkujik National Park!! The yard is huge and beautiful with a lovely walk down to the lake. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, easy to control the temperature in the house. Only negatives; upstairs bathroom only has a tub, kayaks need some work.

If you like peacefulness, the sound of a river, beautiful surroundings, and a crackling fire in the evening, this place is for you. I came here with my son to fish the river and other nearby waters, and our only regret was that we didn't book it for a longer period. There's a General Store nearby if you need anything (including a NSLC outlet), or if you forgot to pack something (like I did) which saved me from driving any distance. Our host (Sherry) reached out to us to see if we found everything we needed, and was very helpful and informative. Would I recommend this listing, absolutely, without question.

This was such a lovely place to be able to stay at. Sean was very responsive and accommodating. The spot is beautiful, cozy, straight out of a story book, and had a perfect backyard to enjoy the lovely weather in!!

Coburn, I must say you and your family have put in a tremendous amount of work to create a space for yourselves and your guests. It felt like home, everything was well appointed and we didn’t lack for anything. Lots of style right down to your lovely collections, original wood beams with modern amenities. We enjoyed after our daily adventures coming home to deer grazing in the meadow or the resident mamma and baby porcupines. If we know of anyone travelling your way, we will suggest they check out Hubbards as place to stay. Thank you for the experience.

We were definitely “wowed” by this beautiful property from the moment we arrived onto our departure. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was well appointed with boating for anything to prepare a wonderful meal! This is my favourite Airbnb and I have stayed in ALOT! Whoever goes to Atlantic Pearl will not be disappointed. The fresh flowers in each room were a lovely touch! We didn’t have time to use the barbecue or the fire pit area but both were as advertised. Beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated! Very comfortable stay !

What a beautiful place to spend a week. The house was absolutely spotless, completely stocked and had a very welcoming feeling. We felt completely at home and the location was breathtaking and very convenient. Would 100% recommend staying at Brad and Jaclyn's perfect home.

This place was so charming and perfect for what we needed. We we just stopping for the night. We could see ourselves staying here again maybe for longer next time. Peggy’s cove, Lunenburg and the Swiss air site were all within an hour. You won’t find a more friendly accompanying host. We got in fairly late and Steve was up. He had messaged us a few hours before to let us know the space was ready whenever we got there. He was helpful with suggestions and even left a little basket with some treats for us and our dog.

This little spot so cute! Tracy & Dave have made the most of every square inch of this suite. So many lovely touches, a thorough guide book on the counter & everything you could think of to be comfortable. We requested help with luggage up the stairs & they were so accommodating. The top floor suite has a view of the water & the back yard but it is at the very top! Mahone Bay has great restaurants and coffee places, everything is nearby to Tracy’s place. The people , though, make it extra special. We were welcomed everywhere. Thank you, Tracy & Dave!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. Cozy and private unit that’s just steps away from beautiful walking trails. Would recommend to anyone visiting the South Shore!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The space was quaint, spotless, and incredibly peaceful - the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The private hot tub overlooking the ocean was a definite highlight, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. Youssef and Sarah are wonderful and friendly hosts, and their property on the North Mountain is beautiful. The unit I stayed in was spacious with lots of windows overlooking their orchard and had everything I needed for my one week stay. The property location made it easy to experience the best of what the Annapolis Valley has to offer. A 15 minute drive gets you to the Bay of Fundy or to the picturesque towns of Annapolis Royal and Bridgetown connected by the Annapolis River. Early May is a great time to visit this area just to enjoy the flowering trees, especially the magnolias.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Our host was friendly and very helpful. Loved being able to have coffee sitting on the couch on the deck on the side of the lake fist thing in the morning. The perfect place to stay for peace and quiet. You are just far off the beaten path for some rest and relaxation but still close enough where the South shore attractions are just a drive away. The hosts will answer any question you have with a rapid response. Our two labs loved the property and Cailean Rae and Kate made a personalized gift basket for us and the pups. Can't recommend them enough.

Another successful stay at Keith's place. we were visiting family for Thanksgiving and Keith was very accommodating and provided heaters for the chilly weekend weather. Always great to stay at this spot!

Our stay at Mallard at Church Lake was fantastic! The A-frame design is stunning with beautiful decor throughout. The kitchen setup was perfect, and we loved using the outdoor grill for lakeside meals. As birding enthusiasts, we added many new species to our Life List and learned fascinating details about mallard duck behavior and life cycles. The location is a nature lover's dream. What really set this property apart were the excellent accessibility features (wheelchair ramp, no-threshold shower, seamless floor transitions, etc., which accommodated our disabilities. The hosts were communicative before and during our stay, making everything seamless. We enjoyed canoeing and paddleboarding during the day and incredible stargazing at night under clear skies. This property offers the perfect blend of comfort, accessibility, and natural beauty. We'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to other travellers, especially those needing accessible accommodations!

Cabin was homey, comfortable, clean and had everything you would need. Area was quiet with privacy, a large deck, beautiful yard with hammock, loungers and a chair swing by the water. Playground is well maintained and safe. The lake was the highlight of our stay! There is a small beach area to wade into the water or you can jump right off the dock. The water is calm, warm and very clean. We spent all day swimming, out on the paddle boat or canoes. If you go into the cove in the boats you can find painted turtles and frogs. There were no mosquitoes as we were outside all day and night by the fire pit. On rain days the screened in porch was great for meals and games of cards. The cabin had a bunch of boardgames and movies we could enjoy. Denis is very welcoming, a great host and respectful of your stay. We had a really wonderful time.

Jodie and Marc’s airbnb was above and beyond what we anticipated. Although the weather wasn’t what we were hoping for, we had such a great time. They had numerous amenities and necessities that were all provided. It was a great place to have a nice staycation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you have any fur friends, this is the place you want to go! Although we didn’t bring any puppers with us, we were pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness Jodie and Marc provide for your furry friends! The thought that has gone into this Airbnb is impeccable. Would definitely stay here again and again!
