Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island, with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$ 50. Close to restaurants, clubs, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful views in Floripa, and an incredible sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and you have to climb stairs to access the house. Access to the beach is via a steep ramp, but for clubs and restaurants it is via a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to the access. There is a secure parking lot at one of the condominium exits, with a daily rate of $50.00.

It is nestled in amongst the trees at eye level with the birds It is truly a magnificent stand and i feel very proud to show it to guests as it looks so much more beautiful than in the photos. Guests have told me about the magic of the lake at night especially during a full moon when it becomes like a mirror reflected right back into the atelier. For nature lovers, it is truly paradise.
