Family-friendly vacation rentals in Molde

We recently stayed at Terje’s charming farmhouse in Norway’s Hjørundfjord, and it was a special experience. The farmhouse blends old-world charm with modern amenities and offers breathtaking views of the fjord. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, including a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a big-screen smart TV, an outdoor hot tub, and comfortable beds to accommodate a large group. Two ferry ports a short drive from the farmhouse offer free rides to Ålesund, the roadless village of Trandal, and other destinations. Terje was exceptionally hospitable, providing great recommendations for local hiking activities and promptly responding to all our inquiries. He went above and beyond to make our stay at the farmhouse exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

This place is really special!!!! We had a pair of Eagles that we could see every morning and evening from the living room and deck. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to escape and relax!

We had a lovely stay, surrounding fjords and mountains made it very peaceful. The communication was very easy and fast. We will definetly visit again.

If you look for something relaxing and comfortable this is the place to be! The house is a wonderful architectural treasure! It is super well equipped and the area is fantastic! Elin was super nice and the contact was totally easy! We hope to come back one day! Wonderful and unique property in a stunningly beautiful natural landscape. We wish we could have stayed longer to spend more time here. Easily the best lodging of our trip and likely the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. All of the various indoor/ outdoor areas at the property are awesome. And we were very lucky with weather and only one rainy day. It is quite steep/ many steps up and down between the main house, cabin, and boat house with additional lounge areas down by the water so may not be for everyone. Toril and her husband were also so gracious to show us all around the property at check in, even a bit later than expected. This place was very special and would love to stay there again some day!

A double booking had happened, so we got a discount in price, and alternative housing. It was resolved smoothly and well for us, with good information. Very nice, flexible and helpful host, committed to facilitating us. I would love to come back, and I would recommend to others to rent from this host😊

We enjoyed our stay at Kveldeheim very much. The location is just amazing, we particularly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the rocks behind the house. Our boys had a lot of fun exploring the tidepools, catching crabs and the occasional fish, and going for boat rides along the shore. Hedda and Jørgen were very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on activities. We would love to come back someday!

Great view, on a farm with chickens, sheeps, cats and a rooster! Great base for hiking and climbing. It is their home so fully equipped.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing Norwegian farmhouse with hiking nearby and floating saunas on the fjord in Sæbo. Very central to take ferries wherever you want to go. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stayin a calm and beautiful place surrounded by mountains. The house was clean and fully equipped. Its a good place to stay with family and friends. Catherine is proactive and responsive.

Cozy little accommodation with beautiful views. Inside was a small wood stove and there was wood for lighting and everything else you need for a stay. The contact went smoothly and we were very well described how everything works, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place and view! We also had the opportunity to test the new beautiful sauna that is located by the sea with a lovely view.

Everything was great, and we'd definitely stay there again. We stayed there for three nights. It's pretty spacious, with three separate bedrooms, and the host was always on hand and responsive. The cabin was clean, close to the road, had a charging station for the car, and a really nice jacuzzi with an awesome view—don't miss this one. You can also enjoy fishing and hiking at nearby spots.

We spent a beautiful 8 days at Lars in the fjord. Everything was great. Suitable for fishermen, lovers of excursions and for relaxation. We'd love to come back here! ❤️

Me and my family (a group of 10 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Fjordview Apartment for one week and we had a wonderful vacation! Victoria and her dad were very nice and friendly, they were also really helpful and organized everything we needed. Despite some misunderstanding we had about some of the things that were included in the price, all in all we had a great experience. The view is beautiful and the flat is well equipped, would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful location and nice and helpfull hosts! Family friendly with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. We rented the smalest appartment, but it was definitly more than enough space for all 4 of us. I highly recommend this place, 10/10 in my book! Thanks for a great stay 😊
